All in stock items will be shipped out to you the customer within one business day of receiving the order. If there are items, you desire not in stock that is ok. Due to the rather speedy support from the factory I can receive product in from the manufacturer and get to the customer in 7-10 business days depending on final destination. There are exceptions to this that are beyond our control. There are times where US customs may delay the release of containers that hold our products. If shipping times are delayed, we will do our very best to keep the customers up to date on the rare occasion that happens.
